TOOL BOX: Easy Puller

In this issue's Tool Box is a little something I made to help me pull out stubborn cotter pins, key ways, pins, screws, etc., etc. I used a standard set of vise grips, a steel rod as a slide, steel tubing to slide over the rod, some old nuts and washers as my slide hammer ends, and welded it together. I really needed it to finish a job I was working on, and it was quicker to make than to try and find one to buy. Check out the pictures and see how easy it is to make yourself.

They say necessity is the mother of invention. So I say if you can't buy it MAKE IT!
